Abstract (EN)

Radioisotop production is valuable for nuclear medicine. Usually, radioisotopes of Iodine have a fundamental role in biomedical research and in clinical nuclear medicine. Probably the most widely used cyclotron produced radiohalogen is I-123. One of the most promising uses of I-123 is in the imaging of monoclonal antibodies to localize and visualize tumors. The most common reaction for the production of I-123 is the 125 Te reaction on highly enriched Te-124.The main aim of this work is the calculate on of 125, 124, 123, 122 I reaction cross sections for the target nucleus bombarded with protons accelerated between 5.5 ? 100.5 MeV energy range.
