Özet (EN)
The aim of this study is to examine the effects of explosive force and repetitive sprint training on speed and body composition. It is also a different purpose of comparing these two training programs. In this study, the effects of 10 week explosive force and repetitive sprint training on the speed and body composition of male athletes between the ages of 14-15 who played football as an amateur. The study was conducted according to the random sampling method and the groups as explosive force and repetitive sprint training. In the statistical tests, it was observed that the data were normally distributed as the data were in the range of -1.0 +1.0, based on the Skewness and Kurtosis (skewness) values. Since the data were distributed normally, Independent Sample t-test test was used to find the difference between the two groups as statistical analysis. Dependent Sample t-test was used for pre-test and post-test analyzes. The findings were evaluated at the 5% significance level (0.05) in the 95% confidence interval. As a result, both explosive force and repetitive sprint training had significant improvements in vertical jump, 10 meters speed and long jump. In the 30 metesr speed test, only a group of repeating sprint training has been developed. There were no significant differences between the fat measurements of the participants.
