Nihâvend and compositions containing nihâvend from the 15th century to the present

In order to understand the concept of "maqam", which has an important place in the nazari system of Turkish music, it is necessary to consider the definitions and compositions of nazari. Nazari definitions are important as an outlet for verbal expression and are important written sources that emphasize the understanding of the period in which they were located. But in addition, it is necessary to examine the works composed in order to understand how nazari definitions play a role in practice. In this study; 15. from the century to determine the similarities or differences of the works composed with the Nazari descriptions of the Nihavend and the Nihavend melodies and the changes suffered by the nazari definitions of the nihavend and the nihavend melodies and to provide a new source for the history of Turkish music. Universe of work; It represents works composed with all of the definitions of maqam/terkib given by the Nazarians of Turkish music. Cluster sampling method was used in the research. 15. from the century to of 55 works recorded within the scope of Ali Ufki, Kantemiroğlu Edvari, Darülelhan / Istanbul Conservatory, composed in these maqams/terkib with nazari definitions of Nihavend and maqams / terkib containing Nihavend tune from century to present, represent a sample of the research. As a result of the analysis; 15.from the century to the present, it has been found that the nazari definitions of Nihavend and the ingredients that contain the Nihavend tune have been changed. In addition, similarities and differences were found in terms of navigation processing in the works of composers with nazari recipes.
