According to the accounting book Numbered 246 in the 18th century sharia records Eyup waqfs (1769-1773)

This study that based on Ottoman waqfs the accounting records centers on the financial situation of the Ottoman waqfs in a certain region and at a certain time period and aims to determine how the financial situation of waqfs is affected by the economic difficulties and what are reflexes of waqfs in the face of these difficulties. In consequence of the research, it was determined that waqf's periodically attained muaccele revenues and rakabe method; i.e. the payment procedure of the waqf officials and the muaccele revenues are quite effective in compensate for a damage.
