Abstract (EN)

With he declaration of Reorganizaion in the Otoman Empire it was tried to costitute a more systematic order intax system by making the necessary changes. Some taxes coilected in different names and shapes was abrogated in this period and a new income tax that is based on the solvency of all people was brought int force. The book in which these taxes were recorded has been called The income Tax Books. The income Tax Books which give considerably important information about the socio-economic structure of the 19th cebtury are exist in the Ottoman Archives of Prime Ministry today. The income Tax Books that wereoffered to the researcehers care after the classsfscatson in 1988 was formed by recording taxable lands, animal, rem incomes and profession and craft revenues. It is possible to find out information about a lot of subjeckts like the population in the period, economic and commercial silualion of region, structure of land, agricultural prodection, allocation of animals, vealth level of families, and production. The transpertion and evaluation of the following villages where depend on Armudili district of Kutahya province are made as a master thesis. ML. VRD. 8591 Villiage of Seyeli ML.
