m ABSTRACT According to Annuals, at the end of the nineteenth century and at the beginning of twentyth century, our study "Banner of Kütahya" consists of general views of the "Annuals of Banner of Kütahya, Sultan's Townin the years of hegira 1287, 1293, 1296, 1302, 1303, 1306, 1310, 1311, 1314, 1315, 1317, 1324, 1325. Documents in question in the annuals belong to the period betweenl 870-1 907years.In our study, many matters about the term in question are going to come out into open and some of the problems of the Ottomans in the years 1870-1907 are going to be established. In our study, we have especially chosen " Annuals of Banner of Kütahya Sultan' sTown" as a subject. as we know, annuals are like the annuals of their own town.so that annuals are very important sources for the history searchings. Although we have got some missing information in our study, we tried to help to the region's history searchings by our study. If we did our best, we would be glad.
