Education and training in Mosul province in 1901-1902

İn this study, it is aimed to give information about to education policy of the period by taking the educational year H.1318. During the study, information about the education system of the Ottoman State was investigated. The general structure of Mosul is examined. İnformation has been obtained about annuals. The results of the transcripts have been generated. New information has been reached in the light of the tables. In accordance with this information, information was obtained about the educational life of Mosul. The names of many of the schools in Mosul are mentioned. In addition, those who took part in administrative structures such as the school head were also included. In addition to the names of the recorded madrasas, they are also mentioned in their neighborhoods. The neighborhoods of Mosul's accident and livestock are indicated. The names of the founders of the schools were also included. However, there are also unclear information. Lack of information has been tried to be eliminated by the literature review method. The original transcript of the yearbook is in the Appendix of the thesis. The foreign schools in Mosul were also included in the yearbook. Religious information about the nations is also mentioned briefly. The number of girls and boys is available in foreign schools, but not in other schools. Libraries, newspapers and printing information in Mosul have also been reached. The types of language used in the written works were also included in the annual. In this research, it was reached that the educational policies targeted by the Ottoman Empire could be carried to the state. It has been learned that these educational policies can also be applied.
