Abstract (EN)

After the independence war Turkey?s social and economical structure had exhausted in a large extend.Turkey had manased economical congress of İzmir before he declaration of economical and political independence related to Lousanne Treaty. The decisions taken in accordance with this convention; The main purpose of the policy configured on the economy is to support economical and political independence in a rapid development. In spite of the corporate legal regulations an practises of the government that encouraged in the first decade of republic; There wasn?t a rapid development in economy and independence because of inadequacies in the management of main facilities and private sector. During this period that liberal government policy implemented forced to live in a transition impact of the state policy because of the world economic crisis of 1929.Statism model applied to the economy of that years of Turkey between the years 1932 ? 1938 was born in the country?s own conditions and has carried a unique at tribute. The directions that prepared and set by the state 1st and 2nd industry plans increased the speed of industrialization and development plans for industry, and private entrepreneurs werw supported by the goverment.
