Abstract (EN)

In the first sense, the concept of migration, which is defined as a movement from one place to another, has become much more important for the 21st century. The concept of immigration, whose causes and consequences are complicated, has been the subject of different concepts in today's world. The phenomenon of migration with different results and reasons according to human, society, place and time is an ongoing process. While migration of the individual from one place to another is met as a normal situation, it has been subject to restrictions in the point of migration in a global world where globalization is so widespread and transport networks are surrounded by all sides. Although it has become mobilized, it has not been able to have the desired level of movement as a result of the intense controls in the border restrictions and administrative border controls implemented by the countries. Even though the world has become a global state, it has become spatially restricted due to the borders that have been opened and closed acording to the demands of developed countries. migrant groups have been appeared in accordance with the demanded by developed countries. The study presented as a thesis from geographical point of view to assess and examine the mobility of the population in our country and on behalf of Labor Migration from Turkey to Germany after 1950. The thesis which is presented in four different chapters deals with labor discourse, capitalism, globalization, and migration. In addition to this, the migration policy of Germany and the concept of immigration are considered and the subject of immigration to Germany, which is a founding member of Europe, is based. The intergenerational transitions of Turks living in Germany, their adaptation processes, the cultural conflicts that are experienced socially and their contribution to the German economy are generally expressed.Related articles, books, journals, dissertations and online publications were scanned in domestic and foreign dimensions. After the literature review, the related sections were discussed from general to specific perspective throughout the thesis.
