The reflection of the social on the novel of the 1970s

Society means ali the people living together on the same piece of land and cooperating to achieve their basic interests. This social structure has various elements and functions such as cultural symbols, behavior pattems, value Systems. When one or more of these changes, differentiations occur in the social structure. Many factors such as physical-geographical factors, demographic factors, economic factors, technological developments, religion, and social movements play a role in this change. Social change, especially in developing countries, can sometimes give positive and sometimes negative answers. This is a situation that is not only at the focus of sociology, economics, and politics, but also considered by literatüre that directly focuses on understanding and expressing people. In this context, in the thesis study, based on the society of the 70s, the extent to which political, social, and economic factors were affected and changed in Turkey was examined. And how this change was perceived by the authors of Turkish literatüre and how they worked through the novels they created as a result were investigated.
