Three names in Turkish ceramic art after 1980

In this research, the post-1980 period of modern Turkish ceramic art is handled through the artistic works and careers of artist-academicians Sevim Çizer, Halil Yoleri, and Candan Güngör. In this direction, information about the technical aspects and historical development of the ceramic art was given, and the general view and especially the recent history of the Turkish ceramic art and industry in the Republican era were emphasized. In this context, interviews with the aforementioned artists and documents containing images and information about their artworks were included. Thus, the aforementioned names were handled together with the general appearance of post-80 contemporary Turkish ceramic art. In this research, it is aimed to first document the artistic works of the aforementioned names and to record their views, and then to evaluate Turkish ceramic art after 1980 through these data.
