The effects of 20th century politics on poets writing classical poetry

Literary life of 20th-century political activity for this in Turkey is certain that quite a few effects. The intellectual movements that emerged for the sake of the rescue of the state did not help much. All these hengâmeler brought new concepts to poetry, and the themes such as Turkish Flag, Mehmetçik, Love of Homeland have been handled by most poets. Turkish poetry gained a new momentum with the declaration of the Republic and new political concepts were placed within the structure of poetry and content and shape were changed. This is the beginning of a new concept of Atatürk that Turkey and other benefits given to him while he has found himself in quite a few places poetry.
