Abstract (EN)
In this study, the aim is to investigate the reforms of agriculture and industry policies in Turkey after 2001. Also a comparison had been done on public policies before and after 2001. Agriculture policies content in black sea region include goods and prices mechanism that subsume indirect intervention, income support which covers some products and public policies. By this way, policies can balance the income level of the agriculture sector. Also it can boost agricultural development by supporting raw materials for the industry. On the other hand, another aim is to show the effects of economics growth which is related to industrial sector on black sea region from past to today. Implemented policies on black sea region about industrial sector had examined by using GDP, immigration and social wealth dimensions.
