The applied incentives on social security premiums between the years of 2002 - 2012 and the effects of these incentives on employment.

Various incentives in different areas and subjects has been adapted to avoid devastating and destructive competition, and to make production less cost since labor costs high and earning pie zone differences between companies are very high. The content of that examined thesis consists of incentives on Social Security Institution's insurance premiums and effects on employment of these incentives. In the application for a very special working group to narrow field to be excluded as large incentives to encourage all insurance premiums issued are included. Incentives applied to all of the incentive issues by being referred to as preamble and scope of the insurance types are provided for a better understanding. The incentives would only be meaningful and beneficial by avoiding unreported employment. By mentioning Informal employment, barriers to employment and the social and economic reasons unreported eployment explained. The complexiy of the insurance Premium incentives and new laws passed legislation, with decisions being constantly changed and communicated with 4447, 4857, 5084, 5510 and 5921 are explained under Law No. Titles. Rations based on the effects of insurance premiums on employment, including gender, age, status and regions that stimulus affected, and the employment rates of this field according to the years are all based on TUIK and Is –KUR reports. Employment effects on youth, pensioners, geographic area along with the women employment, their impact on the region and the sectors are explained by being referred to the incentives these ratios.
