2008 global financial crisis, gain the global character by 2008, begins the U.S. mortgage market in 2007, started as a housing policy for low income groups in the U.S. government, another name; sub threshold income groups, includes a period that contains deep troubles as non-repayments on debts of the income groups, the bankruptcy of some well-established financial institutions as a result of the wrong referrals. Since 2008, the crisis started to be felt quickly, as emerged in U.S. economy and all other economies in the world. Crisis in 1929 compared to global financial crisis in 2008 which had preponderant global nature, affected both developed and developing countries with large and devastating effects.A contraction occurred in credit markets because of the crisis in the U.S. that creates instability in the financial markets. This global recession shows itself as declines in growth rates and increasing unemployment over the world economy. 2008 Global Crisis?s effect of Turkey?s economy was on the real economy and unemployment issues.After the crisis, world economies have taken measures for monetary and fiscal policies. In the same way, Turkey's economy also put in circuit some expenditure and revenue policies against the crisis.
