Analysis of the reflection level of the values included in the 2018 social studies teaching program into social knowledge course books.

In this study, it was aimed to examinet he application levels of the values in the 2018 social studies education program into primary school social studies 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th grade textbooks. In the study, which was carried out using the document analysis technique, one of the qualitative research methods, the social studies education program dated 2018 and 4 textbooks at the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th grade level accepted by the education board were as the daha source. The data obtained are described with the help of tables and visuals. As a result of the researches, the level of reflection of the values predicted to be emphasized by the 2018 social studies teaching program in the classroom social studies book matches with the textbooks, the level of reflection of "solidarity" value in the field of learning "People, Places and Environment" in the 5th grade social studies textbook in not met, in the 6th grade social studies textbook, in the field of learning "People, Places and Environment" patriotism and sensitivity to social environment" values do not meet the level of reflection in te textbook, in the 7th grade social studies book, "responsibility" in the field of learning "Individual and Society", "aesthetics" in the field of learning "Culture and Herigate" "honesty" in the field of "Production, Distribution and Comsumption" "peace" in the "Active Citizenship" learning area,"respect" in the "Global Links" learning area did not match the level of reflection in the textbook.
