EXAMINATION OF 21st CENTURY SKILLS FOCUSING A PUBLIC INSTITUTION The aim of this study is to evaluate the sub-dimensions of 21st-century skills (Information and Technology Literacy Skills, Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Skills, Social Responsibility and Leadership Skills, Career Awareness) of personnel working under the Balıkesir Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, in relation to various variables. Within this framework, another objective of the study is to provide findings that contribute to the identification of the skill levels of the personnel and offer guidance for program development specialists. The study population consists of 413 participants, including 185 women and 228 men, who are employed at the Balıkesir Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, affiliated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, in the city center and districts of Balıkesir. As a data collection tool, the "Multidimensional 21st Century Skills Scale," developed by Çevik and Şentürk in 2019, was used to assess the personnel's 21st-century skills sub-dimensions (Information and Technology Literacy Skills, Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Skills, Social Responsibility and Leadership Skills, Career Awareness) in relation to various demographic variables. Significant differences were found in different sub-dimensions according to demographic variables (gender, age, marital status, status, working time, educational status, income level, time of using daily information technology tools) in the survey conducted for personnel. Keywords: Youth and Sports, Public Sector, 21st century.
