Turkey's relations with Sub-Saharan African countries in the 21st century

The title of my thesis is Turkey's Relations with Sub–Saharan African Countries in the 21st Century. In this study, the West, Central, East and South Africa constitute the chapters by taking into considerations the geographical limitations of the African Union. And the countries that Turkey has established diplomatic relations are the subject of this study. In this scope Turkey's relations with West African Countries (Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal and Sierra Leone ), Central African Countries (Chad, Estoril Guinea, Gabon, Cameroon, Republic of Congo and Democratic Republic of the Congo ),East African Countries (Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Kenya, Madagascar, Rwanda, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda) and South African Countries (Angola, Botswana, South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe) are analyzed in detail in terms of political, military, economic and cultural aspects in line with the available sources. In addition the deficiencies in Turkey's relations with those countries are identified and recommendations and proposals are offered in that subject.
