Abstract (EN)
The basic point in political communication processes is undoubtedly political campaigns. Political campaigns that increase their effectiveness and importance especially in election periods and processes are important in terms of design for parties and especially candidates. The main parameters of the election strategies since the early periods of the Republican era are political campaigns. Political campaigns, as in the first examples, slogan, poster, election music, visual, written and auditory must have a integrity. With the popularization and use of mass media, political campaigns have become the most important tools, especially during the election periods. Candidates started to exhibit all the arguments of their political campaigns, in particular using television and radio. With the introduction of social media in all strata of society in recent years, it has become inevitable that political arguments and political campaigns will shift to this platform and be managed from there. In this context, due to the characteristics of communication and interaction in the nature and foundation of social media, it has started to play an active role in political communication processes. In this sense, social media platforms, especially the twitter examined in the context of this study, become a very valuable and valuable tool in which users are personally presenting, exhibiting their political attitudes and thoughts, creating and hosting personal and natural data for the candidates. In this context, in this study, it is analyzed how the social media, which has played an active role today, experienced '' twitter '' in terms of communication with the voters during the election process of ''24 June 2018 Presidential Government System'' which provides structural and institutional change and transformation in our country.
