Abstract (EN)

It is the science that helps people transfer the knowledge to the next generations. In the Ottoman Empire, the rules of law are both complete and complementary laws for all legal rules. Here, the existence of these documents, which are shaped according to the rules of law, are opened, and the social, economic, cultural and political situation of the period is understood. Halil İNALCIK and the first examples of the early examples of the women's books will be the source of the local history researches. Falling into the historian here is to be objective and scientific. This study is the transcription and evaluation of Hısn-ı Mansur (Adıyaman) H.1329 / M. 1911 71-140 pages 246. We briefly touched on the legal rules of the Ottoman State and tried to provide information about the women's and women's records. The book was evaluated after brief information was given about Hısn-ı Mansur, Kadilik and Şiler courts and Hısn-ı Mansur. The neighborhoods, villages, case types, professions and officials mentioned in the book are presented in tables. Transcription gives information about the livelihood of the people living in the region, differences of ethnic origin, religious differences and types of disputes and their causes.
