This study is the transcription and evaluation of Hısn-ı Mansur (Adıyaman) H.1329 / M. 1911 71-140 pages 246. We briefly touched on the legal rules of the Ottoman State and tried to provide information about the women's and women's records. The book was evaluated after brief information was given about Hısn-ı Mansur, Kadilik and Şiler courts and Hısn-ı Mansur. The neighborhoods, villages, case types, professions and officials mentioned in the book are presented in tables. Transcription gives information about the livelihood of the people living in the region, differences of ethnic origin, religious differences and types of disputes and their causes.
