In this thesis, 9 different experiments were performed to determine whether the load strength of ASTM D638-Type 4 can be increased. Temperature and dwell time variables were applied, whether a change in structure was examined and the results were interpreted. Experimental studies have started with the production of samples with 3D printers. In the first three samples, the temperature was kept constant at 100°C and the waiting times were set at 30, 60, 90 minutes, then the fourth, fifth and sixth samples were kept under 150°C for 30, 60 and 90 minutes. The last three samples were kept at 200°C temperature for 30, 60 and 90 minutes, respectively. The test specimens 7,8 and 9 could not withstand the high temperature, so the tensile test could be performed up to the number 6 sample. In order to investigate the variations of the heat treated samples, the tensile test was applied to the remaining 6 samples with the untreated Type 4 sample. Samples with this test; yield strength, tensile strength, maximum tensile and elastic modulus values were compared. As a result of the experiment positive results were observed in yield strength compared to non-heat treated sample. The highest increase with 27.57 MPa is provided in the sample number 4. The experiment had a negative effect on tensile strength and the highest value was observed in the experiment sample with 47,197 N / mm². The modulus of elasticity increased to 35.691 MPa in the 5th highest and this indicates that the heat treatment has a positive effect on the samples. As a result of the experiments, the effect of heat treatment resulted in an increase in yield strength and modulus of elasticity and a decrease in maximum stress.
