Abstract (EN)

The qadi court records are not only document records and verdicts of the courts but they are also important sources for researches in terms of its political, social and cultural stracture. This documents contain information about relationship between the citizens and problems of the government and its solution which cannot be found in other researches. Therefore, the Crimea Qadı Court Records have great importance for the khanate era.This study deals with the transcription and evaluation of number 31 Crimea Qadi Court Record from A.H. 1107-1108/A.D. 1696 of the town Gözleve. In particular the transcription and the final analysis discuss the relation of the citizens towards religion, ethnicity, profession, family, society, public order as the material culture, economic conditions and the relation towards the government. In conclusion of the analysis the town's ethnicity, society and economic conditions will be explained.
