Özet (EN)
In this study, an easy to use, biocompatible, biodegradable membrane containing lidocaine molecular memory nanoparticles has been developed to help prevent postoperative peritoneal adhesions and to provide analgesia at the site of operation using 3D bioprinter technology. The produced membrane must have high biocompatibility, the bio-ink to be printed in the 3D bioprinted consists of isolated collagen, carboxymethylcellulose, and synthesized lidocaine molecular imprinted nanoparticles. The membrane produced by 3D bioprinted is cross-linked with EDC/NHS and citric acid, the cross-linking agent. Membrane characterization studies heve been realized with SEM, optical microscope, swelling ratio, biocompatibility and biodegradability tests. Drug release studies have also been analyzed by HPLC and calculated cumulatively. The biocompatibility of the membrane, which helps prevent peritoneal adhesion, maintains structure for the first 7 days of the critical time for adhesion development, the hydrophilic properties leading to high swelling rate, the highly porous structure and the rapid lidocaine release profile are an innovative and suitable for use in tissue engineering.
