Superstructure exami̇nati̇on of the text created by 4th grade students

The aim of this research is to analyze stories that 4th grade-students wrote, according to text superstructure factors. In research, basic qualitative researching pattern was used. The re search was carried out with 15 4t grade-students that studied in a public school located in Western Anatolia region participation, in 2014-2015 educating year. Typical situation sampling strategy and homogeneous sampling strategy were used in an attempt to pinpoint the attendees to the research. The data were acquired from stories students wrote. In the process of analyzing the data, the approach of qualitative content analysis was used. It was found in the research that students had difficulty writing the social introduction of side characters, naming characters, establishing a correlation between place and character, and between place and case, describing places, and establishing a correlation between time and character. On the other hand, the attendees were pinpointed to use the following factors at a satisfactory degree: using characters, describing place efficiently, wriyingtime efficiently, starting prologue, mastering story arc, including initiative case in a detailed way, finishing case, andusing viewpoint.
