Abstract (EN)
The paternity, between the child and parents, can be a natural paternity which acquired by birth, also it can be an artificial paternity which acquired by adoption. In fact, adoption has been considered as one of the ways that the establishment of ancestry in Turkish Civil Code. Adoption is divided into adoption of children and adoption of adults or disabled people and these two ways have been defined under different conditions. Our thesis is bordered with adoption of children; the adoption of adults or disabled people is not studied as a different issue.
