Abstract (EN)
In recent years, defense industry projects, in which domestic opportunities are brought to the fore, have gained importance. In this context, the designs of 4x4 tactical wheeled armored vehicles were examined and a 4x4 tactical wheeled armored vehicle with high protection and mobility against handmade explosives was designed. In this study, the three-dimensional design programs of the 4x4 tactical wheeled armored vehicle using CATIA and Solidworks; The body, power group, chassis, cooling system, brake system, steering system and structural systems were designed. Strength analysis of the body and chassis designs were made using the Ansys program. In the last section, the accuracy of the mathematical calculations of the selected power group and transmission organs has been verified with the iscaan calculation and graphical representation has been made. Static and dynamic analyzes were made on the parts that are considered critical in the chassis and body design, and the strengths of the parts were examined.
