Abstract (EN)
Şer'iyye Records are the most important source of local history studies, whose popularity has grown considerably. The fact that it gave important information about the social, economic, legal, administrative, cultural and demographic aspects of the Ottoman city life has attracted the attention of historians and has recently increased the studies on Şer'iyye Records The main issue of our study is the 5th Konya Şer'iyye Records (Hijri 970-1250 / C.E 1562-1834) in Konya, the relationship between people with the state and each other. In this context, the records mainly include the edicts sent from the center after France's Egyptian Campaign, the debts of the people from the foundations, the property sales, the claims, the guardian and the proxy appointments. In this study, the micro films of Konya Şer'iyye Records which we used in our study, were prepared by comparing micro films of both Selçuk University Central Library and National Library. The study consists of the text and the transcription of the book. In the introduction section, 863 documents in the book are classified according to the subjects of the document and document types and brief information about them is presented. In the text, the documents were transcribed.
