The effect of maximal sprint training to the aerobic and running degrees in 5000 m long distance runner

Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study, in elite male 16 17 18 years of age long-distance runner 20 randomly selected 10 candidates, as a result of training on maximal sprint run degrees, max vo2 values, the maximum anaerobic power finding, the average anaerobic power values, is to compare the effects of sprint training.Alternatively, all of the selected athletes have made training on the anaerobic threshold programs, intensive interval trainings, extensive trainings, Extensive re-loading method and a continuous re-loading method.A group, in addition to the normal days of trainings without affecting the maximal sprint training is applied jog, indirect measurement of VO2 max and running groups, grades, re-test 5000 m, 20 shuttle run (multi-stage), the maximum anaerobic power, anaerobic power status of an average 6 X 35 Meter Running (Anaerobic Endurance-Rast) test methods were investigated.Statistical evaluation of the data between groups with one-way ANOVA test (2x2 = group x time) were performed. The post-hoc Tukey test group comparison tests were used. Finding the differences in pre-and post-test values between the groups consisting of two independent groups used in comparing with non-parametric tests, Wilcoxon test was used. Test of the data, the Pearson Correlation test method is used to determine the relationships with each other. The differences were evaluated between the test data out of the significance level of 0.05 and 0.01T-1 in addition to maximal sprint training group, running grades pre-test - post-test measurements of p <0.05 level, significant differences were found.T-2 training group, running grades pre-test - post-test measurements of p <0.05 level, significant differences were found.In addition to commissioned maximal sprint training of T-1 and T-2 group, significant differences were found in the level of p < 0.05 between Max VO2 group pre-test - post-test measures.In addition to the maximal sprint training in the T-1 and T-2 group,there is no significant difference between the maximum anaerobic power pre-test - post-test,In addition to the maximal sprint training in the T-1 and T-2 group,there is no significant difference between the average measurements of anaerobic power pre¬test - post-test.T-1 in addition to the maximal sprint training group max. VO2 between pre¬test and post-test measurements at p <0.05 significant differences were found.T-2 training group, max. VO2 pre - test and post-test measurements of p <0.05 level, significant differences were found.T-1 in addition to the maximal sprint training group, there isn't any significant difference between pre-test and post-test measurements of the high anaerobic power.T-2 training group, the maximum anaerobic power, there isn't any significant difference between pre - test and post-test measurements.T-1 in addition to the maximal sprint training group, there isn't any significant difference between the average anaerobic power values pre-test and post¬test measurements.T-2 training group, anaerobic power values of the average pre-test - post test found no significant difference between the measurements.In the T-1 group of the T2, the group is seen in the development of high anaerobic power more than 39.7 watts, these improvements were not statistically significant.In the T-1 group of the T2, is seen in the development of the average anaerobic power more than and 33.4 watts, these improvements were not statistically significant.In the T-1 group of the T2, in the aerobic capacity 0.29 mL / kg / min over the rate of growth was seen, it was not statistically significant improvementsIn the T-1 group of the T2, in running degrees 0.06 min improvement was seen, it was found to be statistically insignificant improvements.As a result, while the training program was preparing in the general preparation period, in addition to the long-distance running drills sprint training on maximal degree of jogging, max. VO2 capacity, maximum anaerobic power, in the average anaerobic power, wasn't found a statistical difference.Although it is not statistically different, if we consider winning the championships in seconds in athletics, development situations of anaerobic, aerobic performance and running at the T-1 training according to T-2 training -although there isn't any statistical significance-this kind of split seconds can be evaluated as significant due to expressing the performance of the race very highly. the importance of further development in T 1 training group should be evaluated.Keywords1.Sprint2.Max.VO23.Aerobik4.Anaerobik
