Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this thesis is to study and investigate: "Al-Mukaddimah Al Sudaniyyah Fi Al-Ahkam Al-Diniyyah" by Imam Badr al-Din al-Ayni al-Hanafi, who died (855 AH). The importance of this book comes from the special care that Al-Aini gave to the book, as it was a gift to his friend, the deputy governor of the Levant, Prince Sudon Al-Tarnatai (d. 794 AH), to seek help from him in the affairs of his rule. It is an abbreviation and summary of what the author wrote about supplications, dhikr, and jurisprudential religious rulings in the Hanafi School of jurisprudence. The author arranged it into ten chapters, starting with the Book of Purification, and ending with the Book of Hudud. In order for the study to achieve its objectives, the researcher followed the historical descriptive approach when translating the author in kind, defining his biographical and scientific biography, and the scientific method used in investigation and commentary through copying, controlling and directing it as the author wanted, and extracting sayings and attributing them to their contexts and sources. The most important results of the study were as follows: Al-Ayni was able to gather in this summary many narrations of Abu Hanifa, his two companions, and the ancient Hanafi scholars such as Al-Tahawi. Al-Ayni also brought the mufti with it from the Hanafi school of thought and stripped it of anything else, just as Al-Ayni transmitted many narrations and narrations without attributing to their sources, and he referred to the correction of many narrations by saying: This is true and this is more correct, and he also refers to the weak ones, then he prefers the stronger ones, and this is due to his ability He excelled in Hadith, Jurisprudence, Interpretation (Fiqh) and other sciences. It also appeared clear that the author adhered to his Hanafi school of thought through his weightings and inferences, and the author did not adhere to the comparative approach as is known from the books of jurisprudence because it was short and easy to memorize, then the book gained wide fame in his era, and perhaps the reason for that is the high position that the author enjoyed among scholars of his era, and his superiority over them through the religious and administrative positions he exercised at the same time. In sum, the book is a jurisprudential encyclopedia of the views of Imam Abu Hanifa and the imams of the Hanafi school of jurisprudence, indicating the broad culture of its author, the diversity of his education and the abundance of his knowledge.
