The aim of this work is determination and examination the place of the relationship between the grammar questions in MEB Publication (2012) Turkish Workbook for 6, 7, 8th Class Students and the grammar acquisitions in the Teacher?s Guide Book at the cognitive domain with respect to New Bloom Taksonomi and the present situation is analyzed using the results of this work. In the study of evaluation of the grammar questions in MEB Publication (2012) Turkish Workbook for 6, 7, 8th Class Students and the grammar acquisitions in the Teacher?s Guide Book, one of the qualitative research method, Descriptive Analyze Model is performed. Therefore, the document scan technics used and related with the problem sentence the conversation method is used in order to get the opinions of the Turkish lecturers working at the schools of government and private schools. The information gathered from this research is analyzed by frequency and percentage calculations in the scope of the sub problems of the research and is commented and evaluated with the opinions of experts to provide the confidence. With respect to the results of this study, the questions in the 6, 7, 8th Class Turkish Workbook (MEB, 2012) adress that 60,02% sub-step of cognitive domain and 40,98% upper level of cogitation steps. The grammar acquisitions from the MEB Publication (2012) Teacher?s Guide Turkish Book (6, 7, 8th Class) address that ?remember, understand? step from the old thinking steps of cognitive domain with a rate of 54,7% and ?apply? step from the high-level thinking steps. One of the basic assumption from recognitive approximation, learn by living envisions that grammar education should empasize on applying. Because of this reason, to emphasize on the grammar acqusition and questions in applying step results in effective grammar education is thought by the result of this research and opinion of teachers. This research and the suggestions from the results of this study is thought to be helpful for the lecturers and the writers preparing lecture book and workbook.
