Misdemeanor and crime responsabilities of company executives resulting from contradiction to reality in the light ofTurkish Trade Law enumerated 6102

In our work the Penal Liability of the company executives deriving from their acts of misstatement as the Turkish Commercial Code No 6102 taken as focus has been explained. This liability is divided in two types as penal liability and misdemeanor liability. During our research, with regard to the determination of the company executives, many works of Turkish Commercial Law doctrine from past to present are referred to. As for the method and evaluation with respect to elements of the crime/misdemeanor our Criminal Law doctrine from past to present is studied. In our master's thesis especially the crimes and misdemeanors coinciding with the context of misstatement of the new Article 562 of the Turkish Commercial Code No 6102 have been scrutinized besides the crimes and misdemeanors finding place in the same Code relevant to our main subject. Other crimes and misdemeanors finding place in legislation apart from the Turkish Commercial Code and coinciding with the subject of our thesis are shortly cited.
