Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study was to evaluate the multiple intelligence fields and the differences according to some variables of 7th grade students in public schools in the 2017 - 2018 academic years. In this study, relational survey model was used. The population of the study consists of 7th grade students studying in public schools in Afyonkarahisar province and district borders. The sample of the study consisted of 500 7th grade students selected by using random random sampling method. In the study, multiple intelligence edict developed by Saban (2005) was used as data collection tool. In the study, data obtained from 7th grade students were analyzed with chi-square test. In this study, significant differences were observed in the distribution of the 1st Type dominant and 2 Type dominant multiple intelligence domains of 7th grade students. There was no significant difference between the first and second type dominant multiple intelligence areas of 7th grade students in terms of gender, father education level, mother education level, place of residence, family income level, number of siblings.
