Abstract (EN)
Mühimme Record Books in which political, military and economic decisions as to the internal and external affairs discussed at Divan-ı Hümâyûn meetings were recorded, both international and intersocietal relations belonging to different denominations as well as the functioning of central and provincial organization, military, legal, regional, judicial and administrative matters are kept were formed by collecting the copies of the decrees given by Divan-I Hümâyûn, the supreme decision-making body of the Ottoman State. For this reason, the examination of the books provides important information on state functioning. Mühimme Record Books, number 73, which is the subject of the thesis study, III. The last year of the Murat period (1574-1595) It covers the first year of the Mehmet period (1595-1603). The events of antiquity constitute the content of the book, such as the sari sent to Istanbul, the restoration of the properties of the warriors, the construction of the fortress and the crawler, and the repair. In our work, introductory information about the transcription of the Mohim Book (73), the summary of the provisions, the form of the book and the content were examined.
