Abstract (EN)
In this study conducted with 9th grade high school students, it was aimed to improve students' thinking skills by conducting applications related to students' critical thinking, reflective thinking and caring thinking skills. The researcher designed an action research with high school 9th grade students in order to implement action plan on critical, reflective and caring thinking by detecting deficiencies in students' thinking skills. The study group consisted of 15 female students in 9th grade. In the research, semi-structured focused group interviews were conducted with the students and also, critical thinking skill test, reflective thinking scale and empathy level determination scale related to caring thinking were applied to be evaluated as pre-test and post-test. Based on the data obtained, it was concluded that the action plans implemented had a positive effect on students' critical, reflective and caring thinking skills.
