Lisbon strategy and the impacts of its applications on Turkey?s economy and science&technology policies

Lisbon Strategy has been taking part in the EU agenda since 2000. Targets and applications determined at the Lisbon Strategy have been constituted the base of this strategy. Lisbon Strategy aims at transforming Europe into the most dynamic and the most competitive, knowledge-based economy.
