Comparative analysis of the US and China in the field of cyber security

The main subject of this study is to evaluate the reflections of the rivalry between China and the US in the cyber domain. While evaluating cyberspace, first of all, the conceptual framework of this new field has been tried to be drawn. The specific characteristics of this framework are compared with the old concepts within the discipline of International Relations. While examining the impact of cyberspace on the globalization process of the world, the issue was also analyzed through the phenomenon of interdependence. Afterward, many concepts such as war, terrorism, aggression, and deterrence are re-examined from the perspective of cyberspace.At this point, the concepts of cyberspace and cybersecurity were started and then the relationship between cyberspace and foreign policy was focused on. The last part of the study deals with the main topic, the US-China rivalry, and the instruments through which this rivalry has escalated.
