Abdulgani el-Makdisi and his place in the scinence of hadith

Sunnah which is an explanation of Qur'an is thesecond of the main sources of Islam. Sunnah has reached the next generations through his sayings conveyed by the friends of the Prophet Mohammad. While this conveyance was carried out, the science of attribition (isnad) has been meticulously followed, many scholars have been educated and many Works have been written. One of the most notable scholars in this respect is Abdulğanî al-Makdisî who examined in his book called al-Kamal fi Asmai'r-Ricâl transcripts of Kütub as Sittah. Makdisî, has been engaged with science, trained many students and has written works throughout his life.
