Abdulkerimzâde Mehmed b. Abdulvehhâb (d. 975/1567) And His Opus Which Is Named Kâşifu'l-Kınâ' ve'n-Nikâb bi İzâleti'ş-Şubeh an Vechi Kavâidi'l-İ'râb (Analysis-Edition Criticism)

The opus of Ibn Hişâm en-Nahvi (d. 761/1360) which is named Kavâidu'l-I'râb is the brief of Muğni'l-Lebib which also is written by himself about syntax and more than 10 commentaries is written based on Kavâidu'l-I'râb. One of these commetaries belongs to Poet Mehmed b. Abdulvehhâb (d. 975/1567) known as Abdulkerimzâde. Aldulkerimzâde who was student of Çivizâde, Israfilzâde, Ebussuûd Efendi and Kemalpaşazâde, officiated as teacher, judge and soldier; furthermore, he wrote not only in field of language of Arabic but also in the matter of commentary, kelâm, Islamic law, education and literature. The topic of the thesis is investigation of the opus which is named Kâşifu'l-Kınâ ve 'n-Nikâb bi Izâleti'ş-Şubeh an Vechi Kavâidi'l-I'râb that is commentary of Kavâidu'l-I'râb in the field of language of Arabic. First chapter of our investigation is allocated to rising and growing of grammar of Arabic. The second chapter in which information is given about its commentary, life of Ibn Hişâm, its author of the opus, are mentioned, was begun with the opus of Kavâidu'l-I'râb. After that, life of the author Abdulkerimzâde and his works, copies of the manuscripts, properties of commentary, dictation properties of copies of the investigation and methods of investigation are handled.
