Rights and obligations of agency contracter

In our thesis herein titled ?Rights and Obligations of Agencies?, first of all, how the agency organization is established, the differences of them from the historical and similar legal relationships are discussed. Then, the rights and obligations of the agencies are handled according to the agency contract. Despite that our thesis heading is the ?Rights and Obligations of Agencies?, we deem proper to discuss first, the obligations of agencies and then, rights of them in our study. The reason is that firstly, the obligations of agency and then, its rights are told in the law systematic.We try to show the differences between the New Turkish Commercial Code and applied Turkish Commercial Code, and innovations that are brought currently. Agency contract is the bilateral (synallagmatic) and sui generis (having structure specific to it) contract. The rights of agency will form the obligations of client, and the obligations of client will form the agency?s rights. Therefore, we discuss the rights and obligations of the client in brief and shortly in the Chapter 3 in order to avoid repeating, since we have discussed earlier.Consequently, the agency organization has become more important through the New Turkish Commercial Code. Arranging the obligations of client under the law is compliant to the law systematic. However, this case has sometimes become the repetition of law. Upon enforcement of the New Turkish Commercial Code, the important arrangement such as offset compensation will also take place legally.
