Abstract (EN)

Emergencies are some adverse conditions experienced as a result of natural and man-made disasters. Emergencies adversely affect many rights of the individual, especially the right to life. Education is also one of the rights affected by adverse conditions. In emergencies, the individual needs high resilience and communication skills to overcome adverse conditions. It is the main course in which Turkish communication skills are developed. For this reason, Turkish lesson is very important for secondary school students in emergency situations. Since emergencies are different from normal times, the Turkish lesson taught in emergency situations should also be different from the lessons given under normal conditions. For this reason, it is important how the secondary school Turkish lesson should be given in emergency situations. The aim of this research is to examine how the secondary school Turkish lesson should be given in emergency situations in line with the opinions of Turkish teachers. For this purpose, the research data were obtained by using a semi-structured interview form, one of the qualitative data collection tools. The study group of the research consists of 120 Turkish teachers working in Adıyaman in the 2021-2022 academic year. The semi-structured interview form, which was developed by the researcher using expert opinions, was created on Google Docs and the opinions of the participants were asked on a voluntary basis. This research is based on qualitative research and in the analysis of the data obtained using a semi-structured form; The content analysis technique, which is among the qualitative methods, was used and the data were analyzed. According to the findings, it was seen that the participants had difficulty in teaching grammar subjects in the secondary school Turkish lesson in emergency situations and could not reach the sufficient number of participants in the learning environment. It has been determined that the participants need Turkish textbooks and materials suitable for the nature of the situation in emergency situations. You were the participants; It has been determined that they adopt the technique of presentation through presentation in educational situations and they tend to multiple-choice tests because they are economical and useful in the measurement and evaluation process. The problems identified in this research are; It can be solved by conducting scientific studies on the field, giving seminars to teachers according to the nature of the emergency, preparing the course tools and materials suitable for the nature of the emergency, and restructuring the program in accordance with the nature of the emergency.
