Abstract (EN)

The loss of monopoly in the forest products market has led to a decrease in the revenues of the General Directorate of Forestry. It regulates the sales tenders of wood-based sales of the State Forest Management Directorates individually and the success level of each enterprise is also considered as individual. The change in rate of appraised value (MBAO) according to some factors is important in terms of sales efficiency in affected sales auctions. In this study, the effects of different variables on the income of the State Forest Enterprises are examined. In this context, the tender results of the enterprises within In this context, MBAO obtained in the sales tenders using stumpage sales and traditional timber depot sales methods were determined and compared. These comparisons were made according to sales method, years and months variables at Forest Regional Directorate and Forest Management Directorate levels. As a result of the study, it was found that the variables of proximity to industrial facilities, year of tender, month of tender, Forest Management Directorate, stumpage sales and sales from traditional timber depot made significant differences on MBAO.
