Özet (EN)

In this thesis, real-time data collection and analysis system is developed in order to monitor road deterioration and production analysis for mining trucks in Tuncbilek GLI Enterprise including software and hardware design/manufacture processes. In this study, navigation, electronics and computer systems are investigated which would shed light on the road conditions and production statistics of the trucks used in open pit. As a result of this investigation, Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers and tools that can collect data from sensors on the electronic cards have been produced, and then the data collected by these devices are stored for analysis. Stored data in the database is analyzed by means of various queries and algorithms within developed software package. The system is designed to be as flexible as possible in order to be able to function with different modeled and structured devices for further studies and scalability while operating the mentioned processes. In order to collect data about haul road and production, the load sensors infrastructure installed on suspensions of the truck is used. Collected data is stored in spatial database and the database queries are made through the various analysis. As a result, evaluation of road deterioration and production statistics are done by means of designed package software.
