Abstract (EN)
With the advancement of technology, need for the spatial data in all areas increases day after day. Consequently, the size of spatial data also grows. Geographic Information System (GIS) capabilities are utilized to manage this huge data. Among these, the most importants are infrastructure and facility management systems. Most of the city infrastructures in Turkey are age-old. Because of that, the spatial data is rarely kept in digital format. Technological improvements are noticed by local governments and they want to use advantage of technology in their infrastructure and facility management systems. Because the process of updating, analyzing, making decisions and drawing conclusions on the digitized data can be done more easily. Although this data was processed by desktop software in previous years, it is managed by web-based and mobile systems with improvement of technology. In this study, Open Source, Web Based and Mobile developed work order tracking system, the solution can be used in infrastructure services has been developed by using hypothetical data belonging to a neighborhood which is the working area of Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Water and Sewerage Administration. In this way, this solution is aimed a study that encourages the using of these systems for local governments that do not have any infrastructure information system and also aimed contributing to the processes of the existing systems at the same time.
