The grounds for dissolution of simple partnership

This doctoral thesis is about the grounds for dissolution of simple partnership. The first part of this thesis, which consists of three parts, aims to draw the theoretical framework of the structure of the simple partnership and to determine the legal order of the grounds for dissolution of the simple partnership. Determining the structure of the simple partnership agreement, which has a very important application area in practice, is important because it draws the general framework of the problems that may arise due to the grounds for dissolution. After the determination of this structure, the adoption of a certain classification regarding the grounds is important in terms of considering the subject as a whole in this work. In the second and third parts of the thesis, in terms of the simple partnership agreement, which is a permanent debt relationship the grounds for dissolution are divided into two as "grounds for dissolution per se" and "grounds for voluntary dissolution", and in this context, it was aimed to develop solutions to the problems that arise in theory and practice.
