İnvestigation of the relationships between job stress, burnout and depression levels of staff working in courthouse

This study investigate the corrolation between the work stress, burnout snydrome and depression levels of courthouse personel while investigating these variables if show suggestive reletionship with socio-demographic features. The sample group of this study is formed by 270 people who are employed by Gaziantep Courthouse. Study data was collected by Socio-demographic Form, Work Strees Inventory, Turkish translation of Beck Depression inventory and Maslah Burnout Inventory. Analysising the data Pearson Corrolation Analysis, independant sample group T test, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis and Anova tests were practiced. According to the analysis, there are a mid-level positive meanings were determined between depression with burn out points and work stress with burn out levels. Analysing the variables while looking into the corrolation between the variables and socio-demographic data; there were statistical differences were found between depression and occupational groups working in courthouse, burnout and gender, burnout and departments of courthouses and finally between work stress and the departmen of courhouses.
