Abstract (EN)

Today, there are lots of difficulties in improving technology. One example is to develop rapid and inexpensive prototyping. Prototype devices in general are very expensive. Prototype products are manufactured in computerized machines. In recent years, computer technologies are highly advanced. Therefore, the machines must equipped with the new technologies. In this study, primarily three-axis table-type CNC milling machine design and simulation is carried out with known electric; electronics, and mechanical parameters by using 3D CAD program. In the design, ready products are used. In this way, manufacturing costs are reduced and assembly time is shortened. The main body design is done with aluminum sigma profiles. Axial movement of the CNC milling machine system is provided with step motors. Thus; step motors and their drivers are examined in the study. Step motor driving problems and solutions are investigated. MCU-controlled digital micro-step drive is designed for the CNC milling machine. Ready-bearing systems and drive mechanism are purchased and are used for the system. After mechanical parts are assembled, the system is ready to test. After assembly, digital micro-step drives are tested for the axial movement of the CNC milling machine. Additionally, step motor driver performances are examined for high-speed milling and the results of the study are evaluated.
