Abstract (EN)
In this study, vibration problem of Euler-Bernoulli beam manufactured with functionally graded material, which is expressed by fourth-order partial differential equations with variable coefficients, is examined by using Adomian Decomposition Method (ADM). Functionally graded materials are composites mixed by two or more materials at a certain rate. This mixture at a certain rate, is expressed with a function and singularities from transition between different surfaces of metarilals are tried to minimize as much as possible. Boundary values of the problem dealing with simply supported beam, Fourier series expansion method is used because of the structure of Adomian decomposition method. Results are compared with homogeneous Euler-Bernoulli beam vibration problem.Key words: Adomian decomposition method, functionally graded materials, Euler-Bernoulli beam theory, generalized Fourier series.
