Abstract (EN)
This research was carried out to determine the vegetative and generative developmental stages of some chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) genotypes at different sowing times with three replications under Adıyaman ecological conditions, in 2017. Three different chickpea genotypes were used (one local commonly used genotype in the region, the others was Diyar-95 and ILC-482 genotypes) and three different sowing times (15.01.2017, 25.01.2017 and 04.02.2017) in the study. Obtained results from the experiment revealed that the effects of the examined characters on different sowing times and genotypes were statistically significant. Days to emergence, the number of lateral branches, days to ripening, the number of beans, grain yield and 100-seed weight were found as significant among the genotypes. On the other hand, differences of the mean height of plants, the number of main branches, the number of lateral branches, days to flowering and days to ripening at different planting times were found significant as statistically. When the grain yield was taken into account, the yields ranged from 170,80-174,07 kg da-1 among sowing times; the highest yield was obtained from the 4th of February sowing time (174,07 kg da-1), followed by 25th of January (171,20 kg da-1) and the lowest yield with 15th of January sowing time (170,80 kg da-1). Whereas, the yields of different genotypes were ranged from 162,40-180,64 kg da-1; the highest yield was determined from genotype local (180,64 kg da-1), followed by ILC-482 (173,03 kg da-1) and Diyar-95 genotype (162,40 kg da-1).
