Abstract (EN)
Linguistic research fields are not limited to the fields of language structure and communicative function. Linguistics has also included neurological, phonological, biological, psychological, sociological and hermeneutic studies into its research area. Linguistics is a discipline at the center of interdisciplinary studies. Although it seems like a grammatical field in terms of language research, it also has an interdisciplinary structure that examines the relationship of language with many disciplines. Linguistics has a dual methodological structure using both social and natural scientific methods. While linguistics investigates the structure and function of language in terms of social science, it also deals with the formation of sound, cognitive actions, neurological structures and symptomatic problems arising from the deterioration of language in its naturalistic aspect. While the natural research areas of linguistics are defined as linguistic basic areas, the interdisciplinary areas of linguistics are defined as new areas of linguistics. In this study, speech disorders of individuals with aphasia will be examined at the level of Phonology, Morphology, Syntax, Semantics and Pragmatics, and the effects of linguistic methods in the correction of language disorders will be observed. For this purpose, by researching linguistic structures, it will be examined which linguistic damages occur and which methods can be resolved. In addition, the subject of Aphasiology, which is an important interdisciplinary research area of linguistics, will be examined. It will be determined that aphasia is not a natural linguistic process research, on the contrary, it is a language disorder that occurs when the language ability is damaged, and how linguistics is in a common relationship with medical science and other linguistics branches in order to correct this problem. In the study, it was also aimed to systematically examine patients with multilingual aphasia and to draw conclusions about the extent to which different languages acquired with the help of the studies conducted for these patients were affected and what kind of improvement they exhibited within the scope of their theoretical knowledge. A field search was made on the subject and an evaluation was made within the data obtained.
