Abstract (EN)
One This study comprehensively evaluates the effectiveness and applicability of advanced technologies and sustainable strategies in post-disaster housing design and construction. The research examines the potential of parametric design and 3D printing technologies to offer flexible, modular, and user-centric solutions. It has been determined that user participation enhances the functionality of housing and the capacity to create personalized living spaces. In this context, a flexible, modular, and adaptable model utilizing advanced technologies and sustainable strategies is proposed to address post-disaster housing needs. The developed model aims to improve the quality of life for disaster victims and build more resilient communities by providing innovative and sustainable solutions to housing crises. This approach facilitates rapid and effective post-disaster housing provision while also promoting long-term development and societal resilience. The application on the example of Düzce Kalıcı Konutlar demonstrates the model's adaptability to local conditions and practical applicability. Research findings show that using parametric design and 3D printing technologies offers rapid, economical, and user-oriented housing solutions. Additionally, the flexible, modular, and adaptable model increases the functionality of housing through user participation and enhances sustainability through the use of local resources. Keywords: Post-disaster housing, Advanced technologies, Sustainability, Düzce kalıcı konutlar.
